What does a factory office fit-out cost?

Reference range VND 4–7 million per m² depending on finish level and acoustic spec — higher than a tower office of equal size due to acoustic partitions, filtered air-conditioning and in-plant working conditions. AIC returns a bilingual itemised BOQ within 4 working hours.

Will construction disturb our production line?

The target is zero disturbance: work zones are fully hoarded, noisy and dusty tasks run off-shift or weekends, and materials move along routes and time windows approved by plant management. The coordination plan is agreed with EHS and shift leaders before starting.
